• Check-in time is 4PM - 12AM (midnight)
• No parties or events
• No pets
• No smoking
* Quite Hours 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.
* Please be courteous to your fellow travelers and check out in a timely manner
Staying over the allotted time may incur extra charges.
* Only guests in the reservation are allowed in the home.
* Always supervise your children, especially in pool areas. The safety gate is provided
however, children should not be alone by the pool.
* The use of recreational or illegal drugs is not permitted.
* No tampering with the pool equipment or the pool heater we may charge up to $100 if
you change any of the pool settings.
* This house can comfortably sleep 9 adults and 1 child. We will not allow more than 10
guests total. Extra guests would be $20 per night per person.
*Grill is available to use upon request we kindly ask that you leave it clean after each use.
*Please note if you bring a pet you will be charged a pet fee of $300
